Would you like to use these skills in a cooperative research environment?

The Cooperative Research Centre for Vaccine Technology (CRC-VT) is
recognised as a leader in vaccine research and education. Reporting to
the Director, you will manage the Centre's Communication Program,
liaising with participants, industry, government and community groups.
This is a key position with a broad spectrum of responsibilities,
Coordinating and facilitating the production of the Centre's Annual Report.
Maintaining effective internal communication (incl. the quarterly 
newsletter, monthly e-mail bulletin).
Secretary to the Education Advisory Committee.
Coordinate and facilitate activities hosted by CRC-VT ie. conferences, 
symposiums etc.
Promoting the work of the Centre through print and electronic media inc. 
further development and maintenance of the Centre's web site, marketing 
materials, displays, participation in industry conferences and other 
special events.
Liaising with other organisations to facilitate public education on the 
value of vaccination.

Salary will be offered in the range of $37,402 to $45,917 per annum, 
depending on qualifications and experience. The position, based in 
Brisbane, is available from April 22, 2003.
