IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Limited Edition NSW Monopoly Boards to raise money for Childhood Cancer

For $350, you can buy the Sydney Harbour Bridge and for a small
investment, you can put up a few hotels at Bondi Beach.

Children's Cancer Institute Australia (CCIA) for Medical Research,
together with the McGuinness McDermott Foundation, has unveiled the New
South Wales Charity Edition Monopoly Board.

The McGuinness McDermott Foundation will be producing only 8000
exclusively made NSW Limited Edition Monopoly Boards. Having sponsored
property squares, supporting companies are featured on the board along
with landmarks from Sydney and Greater NSW as the prime real estate up
for sale. Hasbro have provided an exclusive licensing agreement to allow
the production of replicas of the original 1935 game using some of NSW's
most famous icons. These Charity Edition Monopoly Boards are expected to
raise over $200 000 which will be donated to CCIA, the nominated
beneficiary.

Whilst there have been great advances over the past 50 years in medical
research enabling a 70% cure rate for children diagnosed with cancer,
still 3 out of every 10 children diagnosed with cancer will not survive.
CCIA is the only independent medical research institute in Australia
devoted to research into the causes, prevention, better treatments and
ultimately a cure for childhood cancer. The NSW Charity Monopoly board
will help towards CCIA's vision to save the lives of all children with
cancer and eliminate their suffering, through world-class research.

The Monopoly Boards are available for purchase in SuperCheap Auto stores
throughout New South Wales.
